Ken joined the Strelcheck team in 2022 with over 12 years in customer service experience. Ken grew up in the Chicagoland area and has a younger brother. He also spent 7 years in Iowa before heading back to the suburbs of Chicago and now lives in the Elgin area.

When not at work, Ken enjoys spending his free time hanging out with friends and family, especially road trips to Iowa to visit old friends there. He also enjoys cooking and trying out new restaurants.
