In a Hurry? Go to the New Patient Forms and print and complete them at home and bring them on your first appointment, or you can complete them when you arrive.

Your First Appointment is as Easy as 1-2-3! Here is what you can expect:

1. Discussion — One on one private consultation with one of our doctors to review your medical history and current condition.
2. Examination — A complete physical and chiropractic examination consisting of neurological, orthopedic, postural tests as well as gentle palpation of your spine, limbs, ribs, head and neck.
3. X-Ray — A complete and comprehensive sets of x-rays are the cornerstone of accurate diagnosis. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, seeing the damage, misalignment and degeneration clears up a lot of questions.

Your Second Appointment: Consultation

After our doctors have studied the data collected from your examination and x-rays to pinpoint the source of the problem, a treatment plan is developed. Your second appointment is a consultation to share this data and help you understand the following:

1. What is causing my pain or symptoms?
2. How can it be helped?
3. What is the suggested treatment plan?
4. What will it cost?

Treatment

At the conclusion of the second appointment, you can start treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage.
